- Mail-Merge and Internet Explorer 9 on 64bit
If you are using SalesLogix 7.5 on 64bit (Win7 x64, Win2008R2 for example), have recently upgraded to IE9 and are running HTML Email Mail-Merges you will find that this fails at the sending stage. The OS reports "SalesLogix has stopped working" and the mail-merge does not complete. The event viewer reports:

This is a known issue, caused by a change made by Microsoft in the HTML engine, brought in via IE 9.
As a temporary work-around you can obtain SLXMMEngine.dll from 7.5.4, where this issue has already been corrected. This can be applied to system running earlier releases of SLX - such as 7.5.3 or earlier. Please contact us for more details.
Update: This issue is now fixed in SalesLogix v7.5.4
