We were all saddened to hear of the sudden demise of BDE Group today (18th May). Obviously, Sage will continue to provide the maintenance part of your agreement - the Sage Annual License Plan ("SALP"). You will, of course, need to locate a new support provider and we would be pleased for you to consider us in this capacity.
