HAMPSHIRE, UK. Commitment to personnel excellence has resulted in the appointment of a Support Director at empath-e, leading provider of Customer Relationship Management and associated business applications for diverse UK and worldwide markets.

Adam Travers, former Support Manager at e1 Business, brings over eight years' experience and expertise in the industry to this new role within empath-e. Whilst dealing with customer assistance, visits and upgrades, he will play a critical role in identifying and developing business opportunities through increased utilisation of empath-e software products from Sage plc. His skills will further strengthen an already dynamic team in delivering world-class CRM solutions to companies around the globe.
